Simprints is a nonprofit tech company with a mission to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global development. We build ethical, inclusive digital ID powered by biometrics to verify that health, aid, and services truly reach people. Simprints partners with organisations like Gavi to boost immunisation rates in developing countries, Ministries of Health like Ghana on pandemic response, and NGOs like BRAC to deliver maternal healthcare. Studies have shown Simprints increases impact through real-time, precision data, for example increasing maternal health visits by 38% in Bangladesh or accurate HIV tracing by 62% in Malawi. Today we’ve worked in over 17 countries helping deliver health, aid, and finance to >3M people. Our goal is to transform the way the world fights poverty, ensuring that every vaccine, every dollar, and every public good reaches the people who need them most.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Following Simprints’ recent catalytic funding and rapid growth, the Partnerships Associate will play a key role in supporting our expansion and impact in the tech-for-development space. Working closely with the Partnerships team, they will help drive the growth of our portfolio of corporate and philanthropic partners, contributing to Simprints’ strategy of market focus and year-on-year revenue growth.
This role is dynamic and hands-on, involving everything from conducting research on potential partners and preparing compelling proposals to coordinating meetings and supporting global engagements. Whether assisting in the development of public-private partnerships for vaccine delivery, preparing materials for key donor discussions, or tracking new funding opportunities, the Partnerships Associate ensures the team operates smoothly and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all incoming enquiries from potential partners from eg email, LinkedIn, website

• Own our CRM/Salesforce implementation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and reports about opportunities, accounts, and contacts

• Provide process and research support to the partnerships team

• Support the Advocacy & Communications Strategy by executing marketing tasks under the guidance of the Head of Communications eg manage social media content and update the website.

• Lead on certain prize and grant applications, and on selected partnership relationships
