    Your Opportunity
    We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Partnerships Coordinator to join our Partnerships & Philanthropy Team. This full-time, permanent position is essential in helping us build and enhance our relationships with Major Donors, Corporate Partners, and Gifts in Wills Supporters.
    As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, managing, and expanding a portfolio of long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Your proactive support will optimise partnership outcomes, while your management of administrative tasks ensures smooth team operations. Additionally, you will develop compelling content and collateral that aligns with our mission and meets our partners’ expectations. Your meticulous coordination of accounts will maintain and strengthen partner relations.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain account management tools to support partnerships managers
  • Provide account and business plan support to partnerships managers including documenting and updating account plans, managing appointments and follow ups
  • Qualify and refer partnerships leads to partnerships managers and escalate issues
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and website
  • Create twice yearly service reports including collection of data, production and distribution to supporters in collaboration with program managers and impact and evaluation team
  • Coordinate cross team initiatives that benefit partnerships including community fundraising events, campaigns

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in marketing, sales or business administration
  • Strong administration skills with experience providing administration in a team environment
  • Experience in project coordination particularly of account and project plans, marketing activities and collateral development
  • A team player with strong work ethic, a positive and proactive attitude, a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; excellent command of Microsoft Office
