With around 8000 students enrolled in ELICOS and higher education courses, the University is one of the largest providers of Australian qualifications outside Australia. VU’s current TNE partners are located in seven locations across China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. The TNE Partnerships Unit is also responsible for oversight of course delivery arrangements for the VU Sydney and Brisbane campuses, as well as partnership and contract management, working closely with the Campus Director and Principal for VU Sydney and Brisbane, and VU’s partner, Education Centre of Australia.   About the Role: The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for provision of quality administrative coordination and project support services to our transnational education programs (offshore and interstate) and the TNE Unit business operations.  Reporting to the TNE Program Manager – China, this position is integral to ensuring our programs operate seamlessly through a high standard of service to both our international and external stakeholders.   Position Key Duties: * Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of TNE programs and activities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor program and project activities across the TNE lifecycle in line with institutional policies, procedures, and academic timelines. * Stakeholder engagement and relationship management * Financial administration including enrolment reconciliation, invoicing and student payments * Administrative and logistical coordination of meetings, management committees etc. including secretarial duties such as agendas, minutes and action items * Events management including organising inbound and outbound delegations, student and staff visits and partner related events   Salary: HEP6 $91,796 - $99,361 + 17% superannuation Employment Type: Full-time, Continuing Hours: 36.75 hours Location: City Campus (3:2 Hybrid) For a detailed overview of the role’s duties and responsibilities, please refer to the Position Description - Partnerships Coordinator.
