Description

The Partnerships Executive will support the Partnerships Manager in delivering revenue targets from our Print and online Real Estate.
The Executive will be a regular, operational point of contact for partners, making decisions around activity, product selection and messaging. They will be responsible for delivering successful print and digital promotions working closely with the partner and our internal and external design teams and ensuring all activity is spooled/activated on time.
The Executive will also be responsible for completing and maintaining detailed reporting, updating certain digital assets and supporting their Manager with other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production lifecycle of TMG for on and offline activity - liaising with external partners and internal design departments to meet print promotion deadlines and with the marketing and CRM teams to secure email activity, identify relevant audiences and create and sign off activity with partners
  • Working within guidelines from the Partnership Manager, ensure that all print promotions carry the right products, messages, imagery, copy and pricing to deliver to plan
  • Manage operational changes in our print schedule to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Maintain forward-looking plans with the Partnership Manager for all on and offline activity to ensure that partner product is optimal and print and digital space is secured
  • Ensure offers are of the required quality, availability and price
  • Provide day to day professional, proactive and efficient service for our partners
  • Be responsible for ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and to deadline including but not limited to print yields, Whitelabel and call performance stats, tracking advert placements as well as assisting the Partnerships Manager with weekly revenue summaries and monthly performance reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confidence to work with internal teams (E.g. Editorial,Marketing, Print) and external partners to ensure the right results for TMG
  • A track of record of compiling, sorting and curating information for products
  • Proven experience in a target driven and fast paced environment
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise many tasks
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experienced user of excel/sheets
  • Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Team player - willing to pitch in where necessary to support the team.
