Description
The Partnerships Executive will support the Partnerships Manager in delivering revenue targets from our Print and online Real Estate. The Executive will be a regular, operational point of contact for partners, making decisions around activity, product selection and messaging. They will be responsible for delivering successful print and digital promotions working closely with the partner and our internal and external design teams and ensuring all activity is spooled/activated on time. The Executive will also be responsible for completing and maintaining detailed reporting, updating certain digital assets and supporting their Manager with other administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Coordinate campaigns across print and digital, working with external partners and internal teams (design, marketing, CRM) to deliver promotions on time and to plan. Select and optimise products for print promotions, ensuring the right mix of messaging, imagery, copy, and pricing in line with Partnership Manager guidelines. Maximise revenue opportunities by managing and adapting to operational changes in the print schedule. Maintain calendar plans with the Partnership Manager, ensuring product selections are optimal and space is secured across print and digital channels. Stay competitive by monitoring the market and ensuring partner offers meet required standards for quality, availability, and price. Deliver excellent partner service, providing day-to-day support that is professional, proactive, and efficient. Own reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on print yields, whitelabel and call performance, advert placements, weekly revenue summaries, and monthly performance reports. Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work effectively across internal teams (Editorial, Marketing, Print) and with external partners. Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to compile, sort, and curate product information accurately. Track record of success in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Excellent time management, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver across multiple projects. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
