WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, business development, consulting, etc.)
  • Ideally a good network in the B2B environment and in payments/fintech
  • Experience engaging and dealing with higher levels within organizations (up to C-Level)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused, highly motivated to take ownership, find hands-on solutions and drive impactful results
  • Fluency in German with a good understanding of English; additional languages are an advantage
Responsibilities

As a Partnerships & Growth Manager, your core responsibility will be the end-to-end management of strategic sales and growth. This encompasses identifying and evaluating potential partners, defining joint objectives and value propositions, negotiating agreements, and managing these alliances to drive significant growth opportunities for Billie. You’ll work closely with founders and senior management to align on sales strategy and ensure successful execution. Collaboration will also extend cross-functionally with other commercial and product teams to develop effective strategies for partner engagement and joint initiatives
