REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise partnership management, with a focus on strategic revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to provide technical guidance to partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Growth mindset and driven by curiosity.
  • Familiarity with account management and technical tools, such as Hubspot, Amplitude, Looker, and remote-first tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and be resourceful in resolving partner escalations.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%).

Sherpa° is seeking an experienced and tactical Partnerships Lead to lead our Asia regions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise partnerships and driving revenue growth.
As the Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy, fostering high-value relationships, and contributing to Sherpa’s overall success and expansion.
