Description
About Finkraft Finkraft.ai is an AI-first financial-automation company. We turn the hardest layer of enterprise travel and tax — invoices, identities and indirect-tax recovery — into clean, compliant, recoverable data for large corporates and their travel ecosystems. We are now building the operating layer for hospitality e-invoicing and cross-border VAT recovery across the UAE and the wider GCC, and we need someone to turn that product wedge into a repeatable commercial motion. Why this role exists We have the product wedge and we have the demand. What we need now is someone to close. This is the role that turns strategy into signed deals: closing hotel pilots, signing accredited e-invoicing and travel-tech partnerships, and opening travel-management-company channels across the GCC. You will be the person in the room making partners say yes — and then making the relationship stick. The shape of the role Where you’ll be. This is a role you’ll build on the ground in Dubai. We expect you in-market — in front of hotels, partners and corporates — moving there to grow the business where the deals are. It’s a build-and-close mandate in the region, not a desk job. What you’ll own — roles & responsibilities Hotel pilots, end to end. Own hotel relationships from first conversation to signed, live and reference-able — including data-consent, commercial terms and pilot logistics. Partner channels. Identify, structure and execute rev-share, white-label and channel partnerships with accredited e-invoicing and travel-tech providers, and own those relationships as they scale. TMC channels. Open and grow travel-management-company relationships as a distribution layer into corporate demand. Corporate co-sell. Drive the corporate demand motion across the region, using your own network and Finkraft’s existing relationships. Build the market presence. Be Finkraft’s face to hotels, partners and corporates in the UAE and GCC — growing pipeline, reputation and reach in-market. Partner discipline. Manage anchor and backup rails with rigorous non-circumvention discipline and clean commercials. Requirements The track record we’re looking for We’re looking for the person who already does this — who knows the rooms, the hotels and the partners, and turns that into signed business. Concretely: A live UAE/GCC network. You already have warm relationships across the region’s hospitality, travel and corporate-finance worlds — the people who pick up the phone when you call. Deals closed in the region. You’ve structured and closed real partnership, channel or rev-share deals in the UAE/GCC, or somewhere demonstrably close to it. Ecosystem fluency. You’ve sold or partnered in hospitality, travel-tech, TMC or fintech and understand how these ecosystems actually buy. A market-builder. You’ve grown a territory, channel or book of business from early stage — you create the motion, you don’t inherit it. Who you are What we’re looking for What great looks like UAE/GCC network & market access You bring a live regional network across hospitality, travel and corporate finance that you can convert into pilots and partnerships now. Partnership deal-making You’ve structured and closed rev-share, channel or white-label deals — you talk in terms, economics and signatures, not just logos. Hospitality / travel / fintech background You’ve sold or partnered in these ecosystems and know how they buy. Closing discipline Short cycles, clear next steps, and pipeline that actually converts — not a list that never closes. Commercial fluency You can model a rev-share and a success-fee deal on the spot. What gives you an edge A hotel-tech vendor or travel-management-company background. Familiarity with e-invoicing, Peppol or ASP ecosystems. Direct relationships with hotel management companies or regional chains. Arabic-language ability.
Responsibilities
Lead the expansion of e-invoicing and VAT recovery services by closing hotel pilots and establishing travel-tech partnerships across the UAE and GCC. Drive corporate demand and manage distribution channels through travel management companies and strategic co-selling.
