Job Description Are you passionate about building strong partnerships to support victims of crime? Join Catch22 as a Partnerships Manager at Victim First (covering Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland) and play a key role in strengthening relationships with statutory, third sector, and voluntary organisations to enhance service delivery for victims. Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term position. In this role, you will: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand and improve victim support services. Represent Catch22’s interests at multi-agency meetings, ensuring victim-centred outcomes. Monitor partner organisations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Promote Catch22’s work through presentations, training, and engagement with professionals and communities. Support service development through collaboration with external agencies, assisting with system improvements and best practices. Qualifications We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational, and networking skills, capable of working flexibly and managing multiple stakeholder relationships. If you have experience in multi-agency work, victim services, or supporting vulnerable individuals. Qualifications & Experience: GCSE-level English and Maths (minimum). Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development. Understanding of victim and witness services, social exclusion, and safeguarding. Strong IT skills and ability to manage budgets effectively. Additional Requirements: Successful post-holders will need to have a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes. The NPPV (non-police personnel vetting) check also requires that the post-holder has lived in the UK for the past 3 years with a few exceptions. Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months. Maternity Leave cover. Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £36,200 Location: You will spend 1-2 days per week in Leicestershire Police Headquarters in Enderby.
