Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead our partnerships programme by developing and implementing innovative propositions that enhance Members and customer experiences in a financially sustainable and meaningful way, while staying true to our purpose and values.
This will include owning the quick commerce channel; helping to drive online sales growth and reach new customers.

We are also committed to supporting young people, and you’ll be developing partnerships and propositions targeted at driving appeal amongst young people.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?

This role would suit an experienced leader who has background in B2B sales and/or account management/supplier relations.
A confident, self-starter, you’ll actively seek new business opportunities and be able to model their potential, as well as being experienced in contract writing.
You’ll be passionate about optimising Member and customer experiences and motivated to continually look for value added improvements.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be comfortable and confident in presenting, negotiating and stakeholder management.
Ideally you will have a business degree (or similar).
