About the role Reporting to the Head of Corporate Engagement, the Partnerships Manager is responsible for: Identifying, converting and managing high-value partnerships, Steptember sponsorships, and corporate grants Renewing, stewarding and growing a Steptember portfolio of high value organisations Driving fundraising through participating Steptember organisations Presenting (virtual and in-person) to participating Steptember organisations Securing Event Sales and Sponsorships This integral role requires a results-driven professional with proven sales and/or fundraising experience, exceptional written and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Our successful candidate will have: A proven track record in business development and/or corporate partnership/sponsorship experience. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, converting, and managing high-value partnerships and sponsorships for Steptember. This includes driving fundraising efforts and presenting to participating organizations.
