Opportunity As Partnership Manager, you’ll manage and grow a curated portfolio of 20–35 high-value international partners and resellers, driving deeper engagement and unlocking new business through and with them.
You’ll join at a transformational stage – the partnerships are established, the product is winning, and the strategy is evolving. Your role will be about spotting opportunities, creating value-led propositions, and driving adoption across global markets.

Your Role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners to six-figure annual revenue.
  • Increase adoption and partner-led sales activity through enablement, co-selling, and strategic alignment.
  • Win new partner and reseller clients to expand the customer base.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with partner growth goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product to deliver compelling go-to-market strategies.
  • Forecast accurately and track partner growth metrics.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in Partnerships Manager, or indirect sales in a SaaS, HRTech, or consulting environment.
  • Experience shifting from product-led to value-based solution selling.
  • Comfortable working with global partners and navigating different business cultures.
  • Commercially astute, relationship-led, and energised by building something from the ground up.
