Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to lead the development of our professional introducer and referral network. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with accountants, solicitors, estate agents, and other professionals whose clients may require the expertise of a trusted wealth management firm.
You will be responsible for identifying key partners, establishing strategic relationships, and ensuring ongoing collaboration to generate new client opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target potential professional partners (accountants, solicitors, estate agents, corporate service providers, etc.).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners, positioning K2 Private Wealth as their trusted financial advisory partner.
  • Develop and manage a structured partnership strategy, including outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Organise and attend networking events, seminars, and joint initiatives to strengthen relationships and raise brand awareness.
  • Track and report on partnership activity, including pipeline opportunities and business generated.
  • Work closely with the advisory team to ensure seamless client service once introductions are made.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for K2 Private Wealth.
