Vehicle allowance provided to support regular travel across Brisbane's north side and surrounding areas Job Description The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll be responsible for growing Connect 'n' Grow's presence across Southeast Queensland by developing and managing relationships with secondary schools and industry partners. Based from our Windsor office, this role involves regular travel across Brisbane's north side and surrounding areas to meet with schools, industry partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage partnerships with secondary schools across Southeast Queensland. Build relationships with health and community services organisations to support program growth and School-Based Traineeship opportunities. Present Connect 'n' Grow's programs to school leaders, educators and industry stakeholders. Represent Connect 'n' Grow at school events, careers expos and information sessions. Support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of partner organisations. Collaborate with internal teams to increase student participation and deliver positive partner experiences. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and achieve agreed partnership targets. Qualifications What You'll Bring Essential Experience in partnerships, business development, account management or stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with senior stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A proactive and professional approach with the ability to work independently. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Southeast Queensland. Highly Desirable Experience in education, training or the VET sector. Knowledge of VET in Schools or School-Based Traineeship programs. Experience working with health or community services organisations. Existing education or industry networks. You build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate with confidence and are motivated by helping young people achieve successful futures.
