ARE YOU ORGANISED, ABLE TO PRIORITISE WITH GOOD PLANNING SKILLS?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join our team. In the role you will support our charity’s strategy through proactive engagement with key relationships, primarily in the Financial Services sector. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Managers, you will be the day-to-day contact for nominated organisations, driving our growth plans and gaining valuable insights from our partners.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As the main point of contact for partner organisations, you will maintain regular dialogue and interactions, facilitating relationships to ensure the charity meets its business goals, particularly income targets and referral volumes. You will own and achieve individual funding and referral origination targets with partners in your portfolio. You’ll support the work of the Senior Partnership Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities from existing relationships, and support key teams to create viable, commercial offerings. Additionally, you will resolve day-to-day partner issues, highlighting emerging risks to the Partnerships Director, and supporting promotional activities to create name awareness, secure and grow income streams, and expand relationships within existing third parties.
You will also promote and enable senior-level engagement within partner organisations and the charity and achieve the annual target for partner NPS and satisfaction. Your role includes delivering training and awareness sessions to partner organisations on how to effectively refer customers to the charity, leading the roll-out of new products and initiatives to partner organisations, and providing performance MI.
Regular travel will be required to StepChange offices and external partner sites. Overnight stays may also be required.
