We have offices in Central London, with a member support and technology centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, technology centres in Serbia, Romania, Lithuania and Hyderabad and offices in Gurugram and New Delhi, India ABOUT THE ROLE As a Partnerships Manager, you will: Drive the acquisition of MSMEs through events and collaborations with industrial associations across regions. Promote multiple TIDE products, including Insurance, Lending, QR, Subscriptions, Wealth, and Commercial services. Work closely within MSME clusters, running BTL campaigns to raise awareness of TIDE’s offerings. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in acquiring MSMEs for banking or financial products. Proven track record of conducting events or building partnerships with local industrial associations, business networking organizations, apex industrial bodies, and sectoral chambers of commerce. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to achieve goals and targets. Confident in engaging with customers to help them get the most from their current accounts. Passionate about problem-solving and finding solutions in challenging situations. Proactive in identifying recurring issues and creating workflows to resolve them. Strong organizational skills. Experience in customer service within the finance industry. Exposure to working in startups. Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in Prepaid Cards/Expense Cards. Comfortable using industry tools such as Zendesk, GSuite, and Jira.
