As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Partnership Support Manager to help maintain, grow, and onboard key accounts within our fast moving business.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in partnership management, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical/IT aptitude – experience with APIs, CRM systems, Asana, Google Suite is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive attitude. The ability to focus and finish tasks is required.
    Experience in ticketing, live events, or entertainment industries is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Partnership Support Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of new and existing partners. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong IT aptitude, and a proven track record in partnership or account management. You will play a key role in onboarding new partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring all communications and technical integrations are efficient and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Growth & Upsell: Identify and execute growth opportunities within current accounts to maximise sales for both Tixstock and our preferred partners.
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the Tixstock ecosystem.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for partner communications, responding promptly and professionally to queries and needs in a variety of media channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, tech support, and operations teams to ensure partner needs are met and solutions are implemented efficiently.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights on partner activity and growth opportunities.
  • Technical Liaison: Support basic troubleshooting, integration questions, and liaise effectively with technical teams.
