Responsibilities
TikTok’s Partnerships Managers are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager who will partner closely with clients within industries to engage with our platform. This business will be a critical driver within TikTok’s organisation and as a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements that drive business growth for our clients. You will have the opportunity to grow and have an impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Fluency in Turkish to work with clients in Turkey, plus fluent English
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Given the nature of the market and businesses this role will be managing, proficiency in English and Turkish is preferred
