We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to develop and lead the Corporate Partnerships strategy for Vision Express and David Clulow, part of EssilorLuxottica.
In this role, you’ll identify and onboarding new partners to drive our business growth, specifically focusing on incremental revenue, new customer mix, eye exam volumes, and average sales price. You’ll also evaluate existing partnerships for their long-term potential and develop and implement partnership marketing activities to drive further growth.
You’ll create and implement Partnerships Strategy and Plans, including marketing activities to attract new customers and oversee corporate schemes, clients, and marketing activities to achieve commercial metrics and maximize visibility, whilst you’ll managing your senior partnerships executive working alongside you.
It’ll be important that you maintain and strengthen relationships with Corporate Partners to achieve beneficial terms and meet key KPIs. You’ll be responsible for negotiating terms with new partners to maximize ROI and work with our brand and creative teams to develop and implement partnership marketing activities.
Other parts to the role include reporting, database and contract management, competitive benchmarking as well as managing a budget. It’ll be important that you liaise with store colleagues and our regional managers to gather feedback and optimize marketing activities.
