Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the WorldFirst business. This role will be critical in helping to define and deliver the next step in our growth by building our ecosystem of partners and helping our thousands of SMBs grow and manage their businesses.
Our ideal person is passionate, motivated, ambitious and keen to take ownership of a new challenge with the highest visibility that will define our growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Identify, build and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships, including: platforms, marketplaces and e-commerce enablers.
  • Own and grow key partner relationships - nurturing long-term, high-value collaborations that drive mutual business growth.
  • Collaboration cross-functionally across commercial, product, legal, compliance and operations to deliver on partnership goals.
  • Drive the execution of new partnership initiatives from initial outreach through to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
  • Act as a UK ambassador by representing WorldFirst at industry events and with senior external stakeholders to build awareness and credibility.
