ESSENTIAL SKILLS
The role of the Partnerships Manager is a diverse one, with elements of direct sales in respect of sourcing and pitching new partners but also part relationship management. To be a success at Business Development at YouLend it’s important to be balanced at both skill sets.
In your role you’ll be expected to look after a portfolio of introducing partners, which could be either Financial Brokers, Accountants, PSP’s or any partner with access to a number of SME’s. You will be expected to grow your portfolio through acquisitions of new partners and scale your current partners through training and relationship management initiatives to match the growth of the YouLend.
