Our partnerships ecosystem allows us to recruit new members and increase the engagement of our members within the loyalty program. Today, we are structured around 2 main industry verticals, Travel (airlines, trains, car rental) & Everyday Rewards (financial partners & retail). In an international environment, we are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Assistant, starting mid-January 2026, to grow the Partnerships performance across the Everyday Rewards vertical, collaborating with Financial and Retail partners, all verticals and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. This involves a daily relationship with our partners and our internal teams, at headquarters and in the regional offices, to manage the day-to-day management of partnerships campaigns. Your role: Support in the creation of marketing offers in interaction with the local teams, the marketing agencies and communication teams: Execution of annual marketing plans Creation of campaign briefs for marketing agencies Coordination of offers’ content and deployment Regions’ Technical Support Budget Tracking Performance analysis and recommendations Collaborate with front-end team to deliver new partner's page on the ALL.com website Support on creation of digital customer journey offer pages with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) tool. Content review and contribution of the partners block into the ALL Accor APP. Support on documentation of offers processes. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Bac +4/5, last year of business school in Master 2 Previous internship experience of at least 6 months in marketing or sales functions with international projects. Proficiency in the English and French language, fluent in both oral and written. A third language is a plus. Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), knowledge of another system is a plus. Dynamism, proactiveness, proactivity and autonomy Versatile profile given the diversity of subjects. Business oriented Very good communication Analytical and ability to synthesize Additional Information Working from home: up to 12 days of home office per month depending on team rituals.
