JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW Develop and execute Ethara’s partnerships marketing strategy, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring alignment with Ethara’s partnership team and strategic objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(detailed in appendix) Strategic planning: Develop the partnership marketing strategy, ensure high quality relationship building with partners and internal / external stakeholders Partnership & sponsorship promotion: Lead the execution of partner and sponsor marketing rights Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in promotion plans to ensure enhanced outcomes for both clients and Ethara DIRECT REPORTS N/A CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE Promote the values and vision of Ethara, such as a commitment to customer satisfaction, innovation, and creativity WORKING CONDITIONS UAE based with domestic and international travel as required. Responsibilities

The Partnerships Marketing Associate Director is responsible for developing and executing Ethara’s partnerships marketing strategy while maintaining strong relationships with partners and sponsors. This role involves strategic planning, promoting partnerships and sponsorships, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
