About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Marketing Manager to support the growth and development of our global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with the Partnerships and Business Development teams to design and execute marketing initiatives that drive partner acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across multiple markets. This position plays a key role in strengthening TMGM’s partner network by delivering targeted marketing strategies that empower IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners to grow their client base and maximize performance. Key Responsibility Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support TMGM’s global IB and affiliate partner network Work closely with the Partnerships and Business Development teams to create tailored marketing initiatives for partners Coordinate and manage marketing materials including landing pages, banners, email campaigns, and promotional assets Support the launch of partner-specific campaigns, promotions, and events Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to deliver effective partner marketing initiatives Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize partner acquisition and engagement Identify new opportunities to strengthen TMGM’s brand presence across key partner markets Assist partners with marketing guidance and resources to help them grow their client acquisition efforts Support the development of co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships Proven experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services marketing Strong understanding of IB and affiliate marketing models Experience supporting performance marketing campaigns or partner acquisition initiatives Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (additional languages are considered a plus) Why TMGM?
