The Role – Partnerships Support Officer We’re seeking a Partnerships Support Officer to support our VP of Partnerships and BD leads. You’ll manage decks and proposals, inboxes and calendars, meeting notes and follow-ups, CRM updates, contract packs (AI-assisted), and renewal cadences. You’ll also coordinate with Finance, Execution, Product/Tech, HR Support, Social, and Go High Level teams to ensure partnership momentum and success. Comfortable with AI tools for drafting and automation. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy matter Responsibilities Build/refine decks, proposals, and partner kits. Draft and send emails on behalf of VP/BD leads; manage inboxes. Own calendars: scheduling, links, reminders, recordings, notes. Capture notes/actions and update CRM; chase follow-ups to completion. Prepare MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewals (AI-assisted), track via contract register. Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline dashboards. Coordinate internal cross-team support (Finance, Tech, CX, Execution). Support affiliates and ambassadors with onboarding and promotional assets. 3–5 years of professional experience in partnerships support, business development coordination, or executive/operations support roles. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage calendars, inboxes, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint/Slides for decks) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent; Go High Level a plus). Skilled in drafting professional decks, proposals, and business communications with excellent written and spoken English. Experience preparing and tracking contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and renewals; familiarity with AI-assisted document automation tools is an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong pipeline and dashboard management skills for business development reporting. Comfortable collaborating across Finance, Product/Tech, HR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to support deal execution. Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform in fast-paced, high-output environments where speed and accuracy are critical. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; able to support affiliates, ambassadors, and external partners. Base Salary: USD $900–1,400 per month. Performance Incentives: Up to USD $400 per month based on KPIs. On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $1,300–1,800 per month.
