What we offer: * Monday - Friday Day Shift * Competitive Wage with bonus program * Benefits package that includes coverage for dental, vision, paramedical (massage/physio/chiro), disability and life insurance  * Company match RRSP Program * Best in class vacation * Product Training * Opportunity for Advancement   Position Summary:   Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Administrator will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support for the parts department and Parts Manager.  This is position is an excellent training opportunity to learn our parts products and processes to grow and develop a career with our business.   Duties and Responsibilities: * Invoice reconciliation, billing and freight charge analysis  * Inputting daily inventory & stock orders into a computer system * Performing inventory counts and data entry * Report on progress of orders, inventory levels, and order fulfillment problems. * Communicate with fellow staff and customers in a polite and professional manner  * Provide superior customer service * Participate in applicable product training * Work well independently and with others * Accurately and efficiently complete projects and special assignments * Assists parts manager with various administrative tasks as required * Performs the role in a professional manner that aligns with the Company’s’ values   Qualifications:    * Previous administrative experience is required. Previous administrative experience in inventory, parts or logistics is an asset. * Self -Motivated and organized with the ability to take own initiative on projects * Strong accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft excel   * Flexible to changes in daily tasks when required * Experience with other operating systems such as CDK is an asset    Who we are: Diamond Truck Centres is an International Truck dealership network with locations in Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.
