PARTS ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 8.30 – 5.30 PM

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Computer literate with good data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and handle automotive parts
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is beneficial
  • Physical capability to handle products up to 15kg
  • Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

A growing business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their operations team. This varied role involves managing returns, coordinating stock, and handling day-to-day administrative support within the warehouse. You will be part of a small, supportive team and receive full training on internal systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer returns and issue credits accordingly
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Receive and organise stock (some manual handling involved – up to 15kg)
  • Place orders with suppliers via online systems
  • Log and track stock movements and returns accurately
  • Inspect returned goods (including fault checks)
  • Process and manage warranty claims
  • Use bespoke software for inventory and order tracking (training provided)
