We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outstanding team of professionals as we continue to expand our business.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of experience in over-the-phone customer service.
• Good Computer Skills a must
• Manage high volume phone sales
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to listen and assist as required
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of vehicle body parts an asset
• Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Be well organized and possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• A positive attitude and a sense of fun!

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred

• Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of requests; answering questions; offering assistance.
• Initiates service by recording requests and entering orders.
• Follows company policies and procedures when discussing purchasing discounts.
• Improves quality results by evaluating processes; recommending changes.

• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as required.
