This is not an entry level position, minimum 1 year experience in Parts and/or Automotive position. We are seeking candidates with automotive parts experience, including inventory control, and knowledge of electronic parts catalogues; experience with manufacture specific catalogues is preferred. We are a premier employer in the area and our dealership serves not only the local community but also all the outlying, rural communities with all their Ford and Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram parts and service needs. This means there is no lack of work for our parts personnel. Job duties will include selling parts to customers and vendors via phone, internet, and in person, maintaining inventory records, assisting customers with parts needs and obtaining parts information, creating invoices, processing orders, and returns. You will be working with customers, the ability to communicate effectively, make recommendations, and prioritize items in order of importance is required. Work is performed indoors spending up to 95% of work shift using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 20% of work shift is required to assist clients at the counter.
