EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience working in the autoparts industry is required
Familiarity with using MAM Autopart Online Software or similar
Experience with online motor parts ordering systems is favourable.

SKILLS:

A strong knowledge of the motor trade, car parts & accessories.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.

We are looking for an Experienced Counter Sales Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a role that would suit someone who enjoys and is experienced in dealing with the public, is customer focused and happy working in a fast-paced environment.
As counter sales advisor you will work as part of a small team taking customer orders at the counter and over the phone, following through on orders by contacting our suppliers via an online ordering system and also by phone. Advising customers on any queries they may have relating to car parts & accessories.
