We’re currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, service-driven, and ready to be a key player in a collaborative shop environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.   The Drive Ahead * Greet and assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers in a professional and timely manner * Use manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs to identify and order parts * Receive, ship, and organize parts inventory with accuracy and attention to detail * Process parts orders, invoices, returns, core charges, and warranty claims * Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repair orders * Respond to parts inquiries via phone, email, and in person * Maintain a clean, organized parts department and stockroom * Monitor special-order parts and follow up with customers regarding arrival and installation   Performance Essentials * Minimum 1 year of parts advising experience in a dealership or similar environment * Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to identify and recommend appropriate parts * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills * Comfortable using DMS software (PBS/CDK experience preferred) * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract * Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)   Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development   Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
