PARTS ADVISOR – ŠKODA | SEAT | KIA

We are a successful, growing multi-franchise motor dealership, proudly representing Škoda, SEAT and, most recently, Kia. We are now seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department and help us deliver first-class service to our workshop, retail, and trade customers.

THE ROLE

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for our three leading brands. You’ll work closely with our workshop to keep repair times on track and provide expert advice to retail and trade customers, ensuring they get the right part, first time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers at the parts counter, in person and by phone.
• Accurately identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogues and ordering systems.
• Process sales orders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Assist with stock control, including regular stock checks.
• Support the service team to ensure a smooth workflow.
