Description

We require an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to support our Parts Team at our dealership in Blackpool. Working closely with the parts and service teams, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the parts department.
This role is to be based at our flagship Blackpool dealership, a multi-branded centre which is expanding with the newly renovated Citroen dealership offering an additional 2 brands alongside the sites’ current 4. This is a fantastic time to join this growing franchised site!
We are ideally looking for 2 Years experience in a parts role due to the busy nature of the department. Knowledge of any of our brands (Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Citroen, MG), or the Stellantis group in general, it would be an advantage.
The role is 5 days per week plus alternate Saturday mornings, a total of 44.5 hours per week on average. Salary is comprised of basic pay plus guaranteed earnings through commissions, uncapped and with an OTE of £36000 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years for insurance purposes.
· Knowledge of Kerridge and RTC would be beneficial but training will be provided
· A qualification specific to Parts would be an advantage
· Ideally a Level 4 (Grade C) or above GCSE in Maths and English.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Display a professional manner at all times.
· A high level of computer literacy is required and comfortable in the use of Microsoft office
· Must have excellent organisational skills.
· A high level of attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

· Accurately and efficiently receive and record parts into stock
· Manage and organise stock in the dealership
· Maintain stock levels to ensure the dealership has the required stock but whilst managing overage stock
· Assisting retail customers with their parts needs for their vehicles
· Liaising with the service team and body shop to ensure they have the relevant parts for workshop jobs
· Maintain pricing structures and stock lists
· Ensure display vehicles in the dealership are fitted with the appropriate parts as required by the manufacturer
· Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times
