Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Advisor to support our Ford dealership in Coventry. You will need to operate well within a team as well as on your own as you will be working closely with our sales and service team. The is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s, paying up to £29,000 with an OTE of £30,200 and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in a parts role within either a franchised automotive dealership or parts department. We are looking for individuals that also possess the following attributes:

• Have excellent telephone manner
• Experience controlling KPIs and budgets
• Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
• Maximising profitability and efficiency of the whole department
• Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience
• Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
