Description

Due to the continued development of our Aftersales business, we require an Parts Advisor to join our busy Team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing/Costing of Retail, Internal & Warranty work
  • Inbound and Outbound calling
  • Pre Pic for w/shop service & repairs
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing & filing of paper work
  • Providing cover when required to parts desk operations
  • Ensuring that our customers receive an excellent aftersales experience

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a parts advisor/store role
  • Working experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue & Dealer Management System (not essential as training can be provided)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30 (15min break, 45min lunch)
