POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for answering and processing incoming parts calls and for department contact with customers, service technicians, and parts van personnel. The Parts Customer Care representative processes parts orders through the parts system.

  • Handles all aspects of customer enquiries and orders, on the telephone and at the order desk.
  • Prepares quotes for customers and technicians.
  • Source parts for resale to customers.
  • Ensures all invoices have branch coding and Management approval.
  • Handles requests/complaints from suppliers, customers, and technicians for follow up to ascertain reason and delay.
  • General warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.

  • High school diploma

  • Computer literate with Microsoft products
  • Experience with parts, order counters but would be considered an asset
