Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a full time Parts Advisor. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will be an integral part of our team continuously delivering exceptional service, value and performance to our customers.

• Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
• Parts department experience considered and asset
• Team player
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work a rotating shift

• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis
• Process customer orders through the computer system ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service
• Shipping and receiving
