Parts advisor – Full time position.
About the Role
Fussell Wadman of Devizes are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team! If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we would like to hear from you, or if you are a motivated person willing to learn and are interested in cars, we would like to hear from you.
As well as a great benefits package, this role has a starting salary of £27,000 to £29,000+ depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues.

Job Opportunity

• Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
• Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
• Ensuring phones are answered quickly, and trade enquiries are dealt with professionally.
• Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible. Identifying correct parts needed for Technicians is a key part of this role.
• Assisting in stock checks and stock ordering.
• Packing and loading Parts correctly.

Essential Skills

• We are looking for an ambitious candidate with previous dealership experience who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, Or is willing to learn this role.
• A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthusiasm for cars.
• Any Parts interpretation skills and knowledge of the motor industry would be a benefit to help you succeed in this role.
