The Kootenays largest service facility is looking for a Parts Advisor. We are growing our Parts Department and we are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. The time to join the Jack Carter Northstar GM team has never been better.

Position Summary

• Greets customers, review parts required for vehicle repair.
• Listens to requests of the service advisors and provide parts support..
• Ensures high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time management skills and organization.
• PBS experience is a plus.
• Experienced candidate beneficial but not necessary – we will train the right person.
• Valid Driver License Mandatory.
