Description Parts Advisor – Jim Shorkey Youngstown Location: Youngstown, OH Department: Parts Department Jim Shorkey Youngstown is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our growing team! If you have a passion for automotive parts and strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate and order parts not currently in stock Handle special-order requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers Manage the full parts sales process—from customer inquiry to invoicing Process daily Mitsubishi parts orders using CDK scanner Pull and distribute parts for technicians and counter staff Maintain accurate inventory and organized stockroom Perform parts lookups and assist retail customers at the counter Ensure efficient disbursement of parts to service technicians What We Offer: Opportunities for career advancement Supportive and positive work environment Competitive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Employee discounts Company-issued uniforms No Sundays!
