Position: Parts Advisor Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable parts advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, as well as assisting with the procurement and distribution of automotive parts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email - Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock - Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts - Process customer orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive parts and trends to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized parts department to ensure a professional and efficient work environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in parts sales or service, is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Knowledge of automotive parts and components is an asset.
