JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring that they receive the right products in a timely manner. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, processing orders, and supporting the overall efficiency of the parts department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a parts department or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
  • Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations.
