Description Parts Advisor About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid Parts Advisor. This position is essential in ensuring our customers and service teams receive the right parts, on time, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Advise customers and service technicians on the selection, availability, and suitability of automotive and manufacturing parts. Process parts sales, generate quotes, and handle returns efficiently. Manage inventory: receive, stock, and track parts to ensure accuracy and availability. Place orders for out-of-stock items and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. Deliver parts to customers, service departments, and external clients using company vehicles, ensuring prompt and safe transportation. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movements, and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with promotional activities and suggest companion products to customers. Support the Parts Manager and collaborate with other departments as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in automotive or manufacturing parts (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing parts and processes Experience with sales, promotions, and inventory forecasting Familiarity with delivery routes and logistics What We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance.
