Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and assisting retail and internal customers with parts orders and inquiries. Acting as a primary point of contact for Technicians and Service Advisors regarding parts availability, fitment, and pricing. Receiving and checking in parts shipments, posting inventory into the DMS, and organizing stock orders appropriately. Pulling parts accurately for service repair orders and maintaining inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts. Keeping the parts department clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting in tracking special orders, handling returns, and coordinating backordered parts. Supporting daily departmental operations and stepping in to assist other team members as needed. Qualifications Parts Advisor Qualifications 1+ year(s) of experience in automotive parts, preferably within a dealership or high-volume service environment is required. Familiarity with CDK (or comparable dealership management software) for inventory, invoicing, and parts lookup. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
