• Customer Service Rockstar: Whether they walk through the front door, send you an email, or give you a ring on the phone, this is the number one focus for the role! Creating an enjoyable & easy experience for each person. But wait - it’s not just the external customers, your internal customers (Service & Sales) need you expertise too! Work with our Sales crew to guarantee we’re equipping our customers with the latest & greatest. Additionally lending a hand to our Service department to ensure every technician has what they need to keep their wheels turning!
• Parts Finder Extraordinaire: Use your proficiency to find & deliver the right parts for your customers every time! Whether they’re repairing their unit or adding accessories to make the product more enjoyable, find them the most accurate parts for their needs. Ensuring the best possible performance, safety & fun!
• Order & Shipping Mastermind: Process incoming & outgoing parts orders like a pro. Checking that every part is accounted for, moving on time & in tip-top shape!
• Inventory Rockstar: Work closely with management to maintain accurate inventory of all parts! This involves monthly inventory cycle counts ensuring availability & tracking stock levels to avoid any downtime for our customers & crew.
• Keep the Parts Department in Order: Organize, organize & organize! You’ll keep the department clean & orderly to ensure everything is where it should be. Without you we’d be lost in a sea of nuts, bolts & gaskets!
• Fast-Paced Action: Whether you’re handling customer orders, stocking new parts, or organizing inventory, you’ll always be on your toes & moving at full speed!
