PARTS ADVISOR – LLOYD LTD CARLISLE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced or trainee Parts Advisor to join the busy parts department at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle.
The successful applicant will support our internal and external customers by providing parts and providing excellent, knowledgeable customer service at all times. Playing a key role within the business, this role will involve working alongside our busy workshop to assist with their work, whilst also serving and supporting our new and regular over-the-counter customers.

Responsibilities
  • Actively building rapport with customers, both face to face and over the telephone, asking questions to understand their requirements.
  • Quoting prices and availability of stock.
  • Monitoring and maintaining agreed parts stock levels, maximising availability of items and ensuring the departmental manager is kept informed of stock movement and shortages.
  • Checking all parts and accessories are in good order on receipt from suppliers.
  • Supporting the Parts Department to deliver objectives and reach targets.
  • Ensuring all parts and accessories are correctly stored and located and appropriate housekeeping standards are met.
