Masumin Motor Spares Ltd has been supplying the motor trade for almost 25 years, specialising in the aftermarket to retail and trade clients throughout Milton Keynes and Luton (3 years).

EXPERIENCE

At least 12 months experience in the Automotive industry, within a motor factor or dealership. Candidate must have interest and willing to grow knowledge in parts.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

You are expected to be self-sufficient and as such a level of IT literacy is required and used to looking up parts on catalogue systems is ideal. Experience in MAM Catalogue is valuable.
The successful candidate must have a professional telephone manner and possess excellent communication, organisation & time management skills. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a full UK driving licence.

· Take orders over the telephone, email, and online
· Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales
· Build long-term rapport with local customers
· Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions

· Demonstrate empathy towards customers
· Have previous experience in a similar contact centre environment
· Conduct regular stock checks
