We are searching high and low for the perfect person to join our team as an Automotive Parts Advisor at Nissan INFINITI Langley. If you have experience in parts advisory services and want to settle down in a positive and stable work environment, look no further!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Automotive Parts Department
  • Proactively maintain automated inventory replenishment lists
  • Customer service focused attitude (Being able to find a way to say YES!)
  • Working knowledge of vehicle components and basic parts knowledge
  • Ability to multitask with exceptional detail and accuracy
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Identifying parts: You are responsible for identifying the correct parts for customers’ vehicles based on make, model, and year. This requires a strong knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and an understanding of the parts catalogue.
  • Providing customer service: You are responsible for best-in-class customer service, including answering questions about parts and availability, researching parts, and providing cost estimates.
  • Managing inventory: You are responsible for managing the dealership’s inventory of parts, including ordering, and receiving new parts, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed.
  • Maintaining records: You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of parts sales, including invoices and receipts, and ensuring that all parts are properly accounted for.
  • Collaborating with other departments: You must work closely with other departments within the dealership, such as service, to ensure that parts are available for repairs and maintenance when needed.
