What you will do You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic NVP (New Vehicle Preparation) team, through developing strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience. As the face of Scania Parts, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email) Build strong relationships with customers Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs Be part of the shift towards a sustainable transport future Who you are Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes.
