Orangeville Volkswagen is looking for a full-time Parts Advisor to join our great team. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and attention to detail, with experience in the automotive field preferred.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive parts experience preferred,1-3 years automotive parts experience considered an asset
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner

• Providing customers with information about accessory parts and specials
• Specifying parts quotes and sales to internal, retail and wholesale customers
• Take orders for parts by telephone & email, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Filling orders for Service Technicians in the Service Department
• Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup
• Help stock shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times
